All Change at Kings Cross

The Kings Cross has been an unloved area of London for many years. However the rebirth of St Pancras station and the surrounding office development means the area is changing rapidly. Rob Smith will take you for a two hour walk looking at the history of the area, looking at the existing buildings and what is planned for the future. You’ll hear how Kings Cross kept London supplied with food and the areas links with the Beatles, the Olympics, Frankenstein and the French Revolution as well as many other stories.

Finally made it on this walk after missing the last few occasions and really glad I did.
Many thanks to Rob for making it really informative and interesting and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in the areas history or it’s future, particularly at this time of transition.
