Dickens referenced many real London streets and buildings in his books and in this tour we shall see some of the places associated with one of his most famous novels, Oliver Twist. The book was published in the late 1830s and many of the places were redeveloped later in the 19th century with the building of new roads and railways. But we can still visit the places he mentions even though the exact buildings are no longer there.
