  • A guided walking tour around historic beautiful Greenwich on the river Thames, a fishing village that grew into a centre of stargazing discovery.
  • Hear about its Saxon origins and Viking raids, Tudor and Stuart royal history as a hunting park and palace, through to its rapid acceleration in importance from the late 17th century until the 19th century.
  • We’ll stop by the famous Greenwich Market, popular filming location the Royal Naval College and the Cutty Sark tea clipper on the way to Greenwich Park and the Meridian Line.
  • Royal Naval history and the architecture of Inigo Jones, Sir Christopher Wren and Nicholas Hawksmoor will feature throughout our walk, which concludes with a stunning view across Greenwich Park and the Thames.
