Green Lanes today is a busy mix of different cultures, but hidden away are pockets of green, from the Railways Fields Nature Reserve to the New River and of course Finsbury Park. On this walk we will explore the tragic history of T.S. Eliot’s wife who was confined to a private asylum here;discover a museum of homelessness and an historic pub which gave its name to Manor House, as well as take a look at the Woodberry Down Estate- its past and its controversial redevelopment.
