Why should you think twice before accepting a drink from John Bishop and Thomas Williams? Or letting the Reverend Benjamin Russen teach your daughters?

This tour takes in sites connected with gangs, bodysnatchers and other wrongdoing in the parish of Bethnal Green.

This tour forms the basis of my book ‘The Dark Side of East London’ – details HERE.

Meet me outside St Leonard’s Church, Shoreditch 119 Shoreditch High Street E1 6JN – near to Shoreditch High Street Overground Station and Old Street Station, and a short bus ride from Liverpool Street Station.

The tour will take approximately two hours; it finishes at Bethnal Green Underground Station and near Bethnal Green Overground Station.
