Jenny Mill

Having lived in London for most of her life, Jenny is delighted to be able to show people around her favourite city and tell the stories that make it such a fascinating place. She qualified as a City of London guide in 2022 after a career as a teacher and journalist.
She is particularly interested in the writers who have brought the City’s history to life, such as Charles Dickens, Samuel Johnson and Samuel Pepys. She’s also interested in celebrating the lives of women who have made their mark on the City and whose stories may have been forgotten.
As well as doing walking tours in the City, Jenny is a volunteer guide at St Paul’s Cathedral and a freeman of the City.
